  • Combine Orders: If you place multiple orders in one day, shoot us an email to combine them and refund one of your shipping charges!
  • Double Check Addresses: Ensure your shipping address is correct. We're not responsible for additional shipping charges due to incorrect addresses.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, email us at shopblairscollection@gmail.com to file a claim. For USPS, packages must be in transit for 15 days before a claim can be filed.
  • Stolen Packages: We're not liable for stolen packages. Contact the carrier if your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it.
  • Carrier Delays: We're not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Contact USPS or UPS directly for any issues with delivery times.
